A M u s t V i s i t W i n e r y. . .
Since planting our vines in the early 1980's we have been quietly
pursing our passion to produce fine wines. We have continued to
improve the viticulture, to trellis the vines so that we have maximum
sun exposure of leaves and fruit. The grape vines are hand- pruned
and the fruit is hand- harvested, so that only the best fruit is proc-
essed into our wines.
At Elan we produce wines that are unique to our vineyard site, our
"terroir", so that the wines are individual. Over the autumn months
