• Sweet Chilli Sauce
• Flour
• Honey
• Beer Batter
• Fish Sauce
• Shredded Coconut
• Ginger
• Fresh Coriander – Chopped
• Lemon Juice
METHOD Run Prawns through flour,
beer batter then shredded coconut.
Fry until coconut is golden brown.
Combine all dressing ingredients in a
bowl, whisking well Serve on plate with
a fresh garden salad, Jasmine rice and
prawns drizzled in dressing
Dipped in batter, rolled in shredded
coconut, deep fried and finished with a
honey & coriander glaze with a hint of
sweet chilli. Served with jasmine rice and
a fresh garden salad
