Luxury accommodation in a tranquil garden setting, away from the madding crowd. The self contained cottage with double bedroom (queen size bed) lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with laundry facilities is very comfortably furnished. It has a private verandah overlooking the garden. The Bungalow with a queen size bed with excellent ensuite facilities. Coffee and tea making area with refrigerator and a delightful patio with garden views. Each facility has the opportunity to use an allweather tennis court (equipment provided) and a gas fired bar-b-que, set in the garden. Breakfast can be served in a variety of ways to your choice. Lunch picnic hampers and evening meals available on request. The property is set on 10 acres of land and well away from any highway but close to beaches. It is located approximately 55 minutes from Melbourne CBD and 1 hr. and 15 minutes from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport. It is 5 minutes from Mt Eliza village and a similar distance from Mornington. Within easy reach of many world class golf courses in the Melbourne sand belt and the Championship courses of the Mornington Peninsula.

The Mornington Peninsula has some of Australia’s top cool climate wineries and many exciting restaurants serving European, Asian and Modern Australian cuisine are close at hand. Chauffeur driven visits to wineries can be organised. The Peninsula is also alive with art galleries, markets, craft shops and producers of gourmet foods plus the high class fashion boutiques of Mt. Eliza and Mornington. Your hosts Sally and Rex Sartain are experienced chefs and have an excellent knowledge of the local wines and attractions.
